I moved into a new house and needed a very large custom steel/wood gate installed in our RV parking area for privacy, security, etc.  I had never worked with Los Gatos Iron Works Inc. but took a gamble as they were local and ready to start.  I found Andrew to be very responsive to my multiple email inquiries and found them to be competitive to other options I was considering.  The initial job did not go perfectly (do they ever???). However, I was EXTREMELY pleased with their customer orientation in that they did everything they could to make things right, in this case at their own expense, to make sure that I was ultimately satisfied.  In the end, I am very happy with the final product and I would readily advocate them to friends and family based on my overall very positive experience.
